Pooled keeps a running record of what you spend and what you earn. Each month opens with expenses, income and net side by side, and the analytics tab turns those entries into a picture of where the money actually went.

Shared spaces
Shared spaces with members, balances and a full ledger
Create a space for flatmates, family or a trip and invite people with a six-character code. Record what each person puts into the space and it becomes spending power they can draw on, and the ledger shows every member with a clear balance as they do.

The keypad opens straight on the amount, so a coffee takes three taps. Pick a category, choose the space it belongs to, attach a photo of the receipt and write what it was for. Months later, that note is the answer.

App lock with PIN, password and fingerprint unlock
Lock Pooled behind a PIN or a password, and unlock it with your fingerprint. Your money stays yours even when your phone is not in your hand.
CSV and PDF export
Export any date range as a CSV for a spreadsheet, or a PDF with category and payment-method breakdowns. Your records leave with you whenever you want them.

Six months of Pro for early members
Make an account while early access is open and you get 6 months of Pro free, plus an OG badge that stays on your profile for good. There is no price, no trial and nothing to cancel: the app cannot take a payment, because no billing is connected to it, and today every feature works for everybody anyway.
Paid Pro will come later, through Google Play. When it does, the price will appear in the app first and you will be asked before anything is charged. Nothing you have already recorded will be put behind a paywall.
