Questions we get a lot

If your question is here, the answer is the same one we would email you. If it is not, please do write.

Do you have a phone number?
No. We are a small studio and could not staff a phone line properly, so we put that time into answering email well instead.
I found a bug. What do you need?
Your phone model, your Android version, the app version (Android shows it under Settings, Apps, Pooled) and what you expected to happen. A screenshot or screen recording helps a lot.
Can I ask for a feature?
Yes, and it genuinely helps. We do not build everything we are asked for, but every request gets read and the repeated ones shape what we do next.
Do you take client work?
Not currently. We are focused on building our own apps.
Where is my Pooled data kept?
Without an account, only on your phone, encrypted. If you make an account, a copy is also held by Google Firebase so it can sync; see the Pooled privacy policy. To remove it, follow the steps to delete your account and data.
Are you hiring?
Not at the moment. If that changes, we will say so on this site. You are welcome to write anyway.
